The deal

LaunchHuddle gives creators a page and an email list of people who asked to hear from them. You keep your content and your list. We keep the right to run the service, change it, and remove accounts that break these rules.

Consent rules (the important part)

• Only people who personally asked to hear from you may be on your list. Every address gets a confirmation email; nobody is "in" until they click it.
• No purchased lists, scraped addresses, or adding people because you have their email. Doing so ends your account.
• Announcements must be about your own work. No reselling access to your list, no third-party promotions.
• Never ask supporters to leave app-store ratings or reviews, and never offer anything in exchange for a click, follow, review or share.

Acceptable use

No illegal content, harassment, deception, or impersonation. Links must go where they say they go. We may suspend sending while we look into complaints.

Billing

Pro renews monthly or yearly at the price shown until you cancel from your billing page. Cancelling keeps your page and list on the Free plan. Refunds for the current period at our discretion; ask us.

Honest numbers

We report clicks. We do not and cannot verify installs, streams, saves, sales or follows, and you agree not to present click counts as such.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CGHM Associates LLC is not liable for indirect damages, and total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.
