Questions
- What is a huddle?
- Your huddle is the group of people who said yes to hearing from you when you launch something: friends, family, coworkers, old bandmates. They join once, with an email, and stay with you across every project.
- Do my supporters need an account?
- No. They type an email, tick a consent box, and click a confirmation link. There is no password, no app to install, and every email they get has a one-click unsubscribe.
- How is this different from a waitlist tool or Linktree?
- Waitlists are one list per product and reset every launch. Link pages have no list at all. LaunchHuddle keeps one list that follows you, and each launch is a short checklist of ways to help, not just a link.
- Can you pre-save my song on Spotify for people?
- LaunchHuddle links to your pre-save page (Feature.fm, Hypeddit, DistroKid, or a plain Spotify link) and counts the clicks. We never claim a click was a save, stream, install or sale.
- Will you ask my friends for app reviews?
- No. App Store and Google Play rules forbid soliciting or rewarding reviews, so there is no "leave a review" action. Ask for honest feedback instead; it comes straight to your inbox.
- How many emails can I send?
- Free pages can send 50 a month. Pro pages 2,000 a month. An announcement to 40 people uses 40. The point is a few launches a year, not a newsletter.
- Can I import my contacts?
- You can add people one at a time or paste a few addresses, and each one still gets a confirmation email. Nobody is on your list until they say yes. Bulk imports of people who did not ask to hear from you are against the terms.
- Who owns the list?
- You do. Export it as a CSV any time, including consent timestamps. We never pool, sell or market to your supporters.
- What does it cost?
- Free for one page, two public projects and 25 supporters. Pro is $10 a month or $96 a year for unlimited projects, 500 supporters and announcements. Every new page starts with 14 days of Pro, no card.
